TLS 1.2 is utilized to encrypt network traffic between the Mantium platform and users’ browsers. Additionally, AES-256 bit encryption is employed to safeguard your database connection credentials and data that is stored at rest.
Hosting for Mantium is conducted through our Cloud Provider’s data centers. These data centers are continuously monitored by 24×7 security measures, including biometric scanning, video surveillance, and other protective measures.
At Mantium, our employees undergo regular security training that covers essential topics such as data privacy, information security, and password security. We also enforce vendor risk management practices to ensure that third-party vendors maintain the expected levels of security controls and are thoroughly scrutinized.
With our user management tools, Mantium enables appropriate access to the platform to the right individuals at the right time.
Our third-party auditor has provided Mantium with a SOC 2 Type 2 report, certifying that our security policies and controls continuously adhere to the highest industry standards. For qualified customers, this report is available upon request under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
